The revolutionary solution for flange leveling and alignment.  Developed by TNT Innovations LLC. this Spring Ball Flange Alignment Tool allows for accurate leveling when using a roll out chuck or positioner.  Can also be used when the flange is bolted up.  Are you tired of throwing out bent flange pins?  If your flange or spool shifts the spring ball tool will pop off and not be damaged. 

• Made of music wire therefore tool maintains spring tension for many years of use and abuse. 
• Zinc plated to prevent weld spatter from sticking to them.
• Easily holds level in place, long legs prevent level from falling off.
• Each order comes with two spring ball alignment tools.
• Options below for sizes small to XL.  Medium is the most commonly used

  • Small – bolt hole size 7 8 or smaller 
  • Medium – bolt hole size from 1 2 to 1-1 8
  • Large – bolt hole size from 3 4 to 1-3 8
  • X-Large – bolt hole size from 1-1 4 to 1-7 8
