High-performance cordless metal circular saw for fast, precise cold cuts in sheet metal, pipes and profiles up to 2-1 4 in (57 mm) cutting depth. Purchase the tool only and utilize your existing Bosch AmpShare batteries or purchase the kit option which includes battery starter set 2 x 8 Ah CORE 18 V batteries and rapid charger.  Both options include the L-BOXX 238 storage case.

• Strong performance – lightweight: featuring a brushless motor, workers achieve a 50% higher material removal than conventional metal handheld circular saws. CORE 18 V battery and optimally coordinated saw blade with a weight of only 6.72 lbs (3 kg).
• Housing and safety guard in die-cast aluminum and chip collection bin made of flame-retardant material for maximum safety against hot metal chips with sharp edges. With its LED light, you always have a clear view of cutting line.
• Fast and precise sawing of pipes, profiles, metal grids and sheets up to 57 mm (2-1 4 in) cutting depth possible. Straight, long cuts with a guide rail adapter – compatible with guide rails from Makita, BOSCH, Festool and Mafell.
• Manual speed adjustment for optimal work results for a wide range of materials without reworking (6 levels).
• Cold cuts in metal with virtually no sparks and no burrs.
• Activation of the LED light in advance with the unlocking switch.
• Safety guard closing time < 0.3 s even after 50,000 cycles.
• Improved handling – lightweight, ergonomic handle including Softgrip for right- and left-handed users.
• Electronic user protection: Effective brake (0.2 s), thermal overload for avoiding permanent damage to the tool and battery, restart protection, dead man’s switch.
• Large chip collection bin made of flame retardant material for long emptying intervals.
